Unit 11
The project consisted of the refurbishment and expansion into an existing industrial unit. The Unit comprised of a cleanroom, ancillary office space and associated changes to fenestration. The change of use of a section of a second unit from industrial use to warehouse use and the demolition of an existing compound and the construction of a new external plant compound. The relocation of existing plant and services and all ancillary site works and services in relation to these works.
Hydrocoat Installation Works
This project saw us again working together with Teleflex to complete a contract that consisted of a new cleanroom to accommodate the Hydrocoat process together with an associated box room and all other associated works.
